It seems when I make myself accountable in the blog, for everyone to see, I do in fact get more done. So here it is, my potentially overwhelming to do list...
The first half needs to be done by the weekend. The rest are mostly designated next week items. If I remain diligent it should be a breeze. I've been using my mornings to edit and my daytime hours to reply, create, and research. Evening and weekend hours when we don't have weddings are quickly getting booked up with pre-wedding consults, family and senior portraits, and engagement sessions for my 2015-ers. To stay on top of editing, especially after the wedding we have this weekend,
(I never like to be deeper than two weddings at a time.) I will definitely have to spend more evening hours in front of the computer. And right when I was getting used to having my nights and weekends free...:) But I am not complaining! I knew this year was going to be a little heavy with everything I want to do, but I'm loving every second of it! I will say though, even as I type, I've already mentally added two more things that I would like to have done this week yet and I have two-three blog ideas waiting in the wings for a rainy day... There's always something to do at the Gruber household, let me tell ya! :)
And because I feel I have to include a picture every time, I mean this is a photography blog, enjoy a sneak peek of a family dinner party I photographed last month. There were a few family members that weren't going to be able to make it to the wedding the following weekend, so the bride asked I come capture some moments at their lovely little dinner party on a Tuesday evening at her parents' beautiful home in Port Washington. Seeing as how uploading them for the Song's remains on my to do list, I'm only sharing some detail shots, details that make me hungry, and a little thirsty too...
Thanks so much for stopping by today! And good luck to anyone else out there with a to do list of your own! Here's to many swift check marks!
