I'm excited to share my first family/child portrait session on the blog! And I'm even more in love with the fact that it's the Fishers. Matt & Autumn were one of my first wedding couples years ago and have continued to invite me to capture them and their beautiful little family ever since. I'm completely and utterly honored. Thank you so much guys! xoxox
This time around it was little Miss Amelia's first birthday that gave us an excuse to get together again. The morning was colder than anticipated, thank you Wisconsin, so we got what we could at the park before heading to their home. Even in the cold we got some of those cute smiles captured.
Once we got back to the house and everyone had the chance to warm up, we attempted getting a few outside birthday shots real quick. I know it's not quite what we envisioned, but I hope we got a few that will bring them back to this time, when little Miss Amelia was just one year old.
Then real life kicked in. :)
Back inside, while I was setting up, Amelia was settling down, and we were ready for round two. And round two eventually included cake, so we were good. :)
When she started to lose interest and got a little distracted, we thought it was about time to let big bro Grant in on the action, you know, help her out with the leftovers...
...we thought wrong. :)
Thank you again, Matt & Autumn, for allowing me to be a part of so many important moments in your life together. And it's always such a treat seeing all our work from years past up on your walls, I can't thank you enough for everything!!! xoxoxo
And to everyone else, thanks for stopping by, I really appreciate you taking time out of your day to do so. :)
All the best,
