She's here, she's here, and we're all sooo in love! Evlyn Joe made our family a party of four on Tuesday, January 23 at 12:35 pm. Everyone is happy, and healthy, and over the moon!
I have a couple 2017 weddings waiting in the wings to be posted here on the blog buuut in light of our second little girl about to join our family, I was moved to post all my favorite newborn photos from the past year-ish instead! :) And oh my, are they making me even more anxious to meet our newest little soul. Take your time sweet, Evie, but do it fast! :)
Evlyn Joe is going to be here any day now and I'm feeling the entire gamut of emotions. Both my heart and brain are bouncing around between excited, anxious, worried, grateful, sad, intimidated, you name it. Right now, in this moment, I just want her to get here so I can stop worrying about what life is going to look like and just be in it. It's about to get crazy, whether I'm ready or not, so I just wish I could squeeze the throttle.
I've never been asked to capture a bachelorette party before, but now, now I think it's a service I'm going to consistently offer to my brides. It was just too much fun, I was laughing right along with them the whole time. And I mean, these ladies, their flower crowns, and this light...
One of the best and most amazing moms I know, my cousin Steph, was blessed with these gorgeous twin girls last year, Gracie + Lilly. Oh how we love them so! These photos are from their six months session. It was awesome to see and capture little sparks of their personalities starting to shine through!
I'm gonna start this out by being real honest with you, I'm totally biased when it comes to first looks. I love them. I love the photos we take away from them. I love how they can help the day flow seamlessly from one event to the next. It's what Zak and I did on our day, so yeah, totally and utterly biased.
This sweet girl's humans got married this summer!
And boy, let me tell you, it was a show stopper! With the gold details and gorgeous, rich pops of color, this stunner of a late summer wedding had it's vintage glam game going on!
I love me a backyard wedding! And Kim + Brad's Wisconsin summer backyard day did not disappoint! How much more meaningful can you get when your venue is your grandparents' house? Love it. Love. It.
